# HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER recognised in the 2026 Managing IP Rankings across Europe and the new UPC rankings

 26. Juni 2026  News Rankings & Awards Hot Topic The 2026 Managing IP rankings once again recognise the strength of HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER’s integrated European IP practice. The firm received 19 firm rankings, including 12 Tier 1 rankings, across Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and the Benelux.




Spanning patents, trade marks, copyright and UPC litigation, the results highlight the firm's ability to support clients across the full spectrum of intellectual property matters and multiple European jurisdictions.

Among the highlights are Tier 1 rankings for Patent Disputes in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain. The rankings also recognise HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER’s expertise across the wider IP landscape, with equally strong results in trade mark, copyright and prosecution work.

The firm's leading position in UPC litigation is further reflected in this year's results. Following the introduction of Managing IP's new tiered methodology for UPC litigation in Germany, the firm achieved a Tier 1 ranking, while also maintaining its recognised top positions in France and the Netherlands.

Furthermore the firm improved its ranking for Trade Mark Law Firms in Germany and is now listed in Tier 2.
