To date, the Unified Patent Court has published over 2,200 decisions and orders, which once again highlight the breadth and growing depth of the UPC’s case law. The court’s steady progress confirms the path toward a coherent, Europe-wide patent law.

This article provides an overview of the Court’s practice and aims to facilitate access to the material published by the Court.
